DESIGN COMPETITION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The scope of the work is to include a conceptual architectural design for the building. At a minimum it
must develop and present a concept of the building’s layout and aesthetics. It may also include
additional elements such as sustainable design, development of the street and pedestrian experience,
parking, building materials, and structural elements. This RFP is to provoke creative and original ideas
for the improvement of Jersey City and feasible development of Hamilton Square South. As a result, we
welcome designs, solutions, and additional elements that are relevant but not previously listed.
