The successful bidder will provide a full range of services that will allow the University to communicate through the use of bulk email, co-facilitate branded web portal services, content and communications buy-in measurement, opt out services, provide regular and secure transactional communications between the CRM Solution and the University’s Enterprise wide platform (SunGard HE BANNER), provide on-going event tracking as well as event management and waitlist manageability. All Vendors must minimally be able to provide the following services in order to bid on this RFP
