The Village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin (pop. 33,660), a community located in the northeastern portion of Waukesha County and about 15 miles northwest of downtown Milwaukee, is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm to prepare a comprehensive plan meeting Wisconsin State Statutes, and a Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan meeting Wisconsin DNR standards. These plans shall include the coordination and updates of existing subdivision and zoning codes, creation of design guidelines, strategies for infrastructure expansion and improvements, market and economic impact analysis, funding mechanisms, branding recognition program, and implementation strategies for the Village's Comprehensive Plan.
