Course Uploading Services for e-Learning Management Systems

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from respondents interested in providing uploading of FLVS courses to one or more e-learning management systems.
Currently, FLVS has content in the following Learning Management Systems (LMS) which require upload services.
Blackboard 6.0 and higher
Desire2Learn
WebCT
Moodle
eCollege
Hotschools
Other Learning Management Systems not on this list may be proposed in the response to the RFP; however, FLVS will evaluate each solution for a Learning Management System separately.
In addition, we are also seeking proposer qualifications for other optional related services. These optional services may be the sole purpose of the Firms proposal.
-Conversion of FLVS assessment exports to IMS QTI conformance for uploading to other LMSs.
-Ongoing updating of course content in learning management systems after loading is finished.
