Counter-Drug Special Studies Support
The National Guard Bureau Counterdrug Division (NGB-J3-CD) requires Counterdrug Strategic Planning and Special Studies support and services to meet the mission requirements. Counterdrug Strategic Planning and Special Studies support and services arerequired by NGB-J3-CD leadership to enhance decision strategy, to assist in formulating the NGB-J3-CD strategic plan and planning requirements, perform legislative analysis and event assessments, perform specialized surveys and provide support related to Counterdrug Strategy and specialized studies. NGB-J3-CD relies on Counterdrug Strategic Planning and Special Studies support and services to enhance performance of mission requirements. Require a consulting group that is uniquely positioned to deliver strategic planning and special study support to the NGB-J3-CD office. Require consulting group that can conduct in-depth studies on the National Guard Counterdrug training programs, readiness issues, demand reduction effort, legal issues, relationships with law enforcement agencies and the Counterdrug and Counter Narco-terrorism issues relevant to NGB-J3-CD oversight, operations and training, dating back at least six years.
