This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Procurement Bureau, Division of Purchase and Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for IT cost allocation and analysis services for the Office of Information Technology. This will include analysis of the current cost allocation model; establishment of new State and Federal cost allocation plans, aligned with newly defined service definitions; and an option for ongoing development of rates, cost allocation plans and billing services.
