A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 4, 2010
The City is seeking bids to; in general, convert an existing electric distribution system from 4 kV to 12 kV. The work is more fully described in the Contract Documents. The prime contractor for this work shall possess a valid State of California Contractors License with references and history of working on high voltage systems (2400+) in the following category: Class C-10 (Electrical) ********
