SEC Contract Legal Support

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in support of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirement for contract support for its legal efforts, including investigations, examinations, and litigation. This requirement will be used to provide professional legal support services, case support services, case or investigation-related support functions to the SEC on a local and nationwide basis, including the US Territories. The support requirements are grouped logically by type and identified as Work Category 1: Legal Support - Home Office and Regional Offices; Work Category 2: Trial Courtroom Support; and, Work Category 3: Mock Jury Support. Work
Category 1 is full and open unrestricted and Work Categories 2 and 3 are set-aside 100% for small business concerns. Please review the attached documents for the Cover Letter, RFP and attachments.
