Contaminated Demolitions
The bid price submitted shall include: demolishing the property, clearing away all debris from the site and disposing in a legal manner, landfill fees, utility disconnects were indicated, filling all foundation cavities to the ground level, and the cost of final site work as necessary to create a smooth and even finish grade capable of supporting vegetation and normal maintenance and the seeding of the site.
