Contaminated Demolition
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
Work under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility abandonment, transportation services, landfill fees, and all incidentals necessary for the completion of the demolition covered by the contract documents. This work will include asbestos remediation. All work shall be performed with the presumption that the properties are contaminated.
