The purpose of this procurement is to select up to two firms to support the Department's Wetland/Waters Permit Program in providing services as part of 3-year open-end agreements. Task orders will be at the discretion of contracting official, and the availability of funding.
Tasks may include but are not limited to: wetland evaluation and delineationb permit application preparationb agency coordinationb development of mitigation proposals and design plansb mitigation construction oversightb development of mitigation monitoring plansb mitigation site monitoringb and preparation of monitoring reports.
