Consulting Services for a Community Survey
The City is seeking an experienced consultant to execute a community survey of its residents. The City desires to survey its residents to: 1) report on the perceived value of services, citizen satisfaction, and perception of quality of life as established by the Citys performance measures, 2) establish an understanding of the policy preferences of residents to contribute to the discussion and resolution of policy issues, 3) explore various themes regarding interaction with local government, specific planning efforts, and strategic goals of the City, and 4) measure the Citys response to the June 2008 flood.
