Consulting Services for Compensation and Classification Study
The County of Johnson is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced
consultants to design, conduct, and assist in the implementation of a comprehensive
classification/compensation study and to formulate a new classification/compensation plan for
our non-bargaining employees. The purpose of the new classification/compensation plan is to
ensure that Johnson County is externally competitive, internally equitable, and fiscally sound.
The plan must also be easily maintained to accommodate changes in the job over time.
