The City is seeking professional engineering consultant services, in accordance with the provisions of the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), from qualified professional consulting (engineering) firms with experience in the preparation of plans, permitting and construction phase services for the Consulting Engineering Services including Drainage, Storm Sewer, Curb & Grading, Roadside Design and Sidewalks Projects on an "as needed" basis.
