Consultant of Record (COR) for Subsurface Utility Exploration Services on a Continuing Service Basis
The successful Proposer(s) shall provide subsurface utility exploration to determine the horizontal and vertical location of underground utilities. The utilities shall be premarked pursuant to ORS 952.001. The successful Proposer(s) shall provide all necessary traffic control. The potholing shall be done with a water jet/vacuum excavation method to minimize damage to the utility. The pothole shall be backfilled with native material or controlled density backfill as specified for each individual project. Surface restoration in paved areas shall be permanent cold mix or hot mix asphalt concrete to the depth specified. Surface restoration in non-paved areas shall match the pre-existing conditions.
