Construction
The scope of work is primarily the construction of a new landscaped open space with amenities, a reconstructed shoreline with the construction of a fishing pier and tidal pools as well as upgrades to infrastructure. In addition, the project will involve related upgrades to streetscape work including but not limited to installation of new sidewalks, curbs, lighting, street trees and new traffic signage.
