Connecticut Clean Energy Fund SMALL WIND TURBINE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM
This request for proposals (RFP) invites applicants interested in hosting 1-2 small wind
turbines on property located in the state of Connecticut, and meeting the minimum
requirements listed in this RFP, to submit proposals for consideration to receive 1-2
small wind turbines. The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is seeking motivated
host sites to partner with for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of 1-2 small
wind turbines. The selected host site(s) will receive 1-2 small wind turbines and all
associated equipment, in exchange for allowing representatives of CCEF to collect data
on wind turbine performance and related data from the site. The Cadmus Group, Inc. is
managing this project under contract to CCEF.
