DCF is seeking proposals to provide feeforservice congregate care treatment in a safe and responsive setting for adolescent females with highly aggressive behaviors and concurrent psychiatric disorders. To the greatest extent possible, all youth in residence will be engaged in community experiences based on the individual's strengths, talents and interests.
