Owner intends to enter into a lease/concession agreement for its refectory space located at its headquarters in Newark, New Jersey, to a vendor prepared to operate and manage a cafeteria-style business open to the public. The vendor will be fully responsible for all costs associated with the management, operation and maintenance of the leased facility including but not limited to equipment, kitchen area, lounge area, storage area etc.
