Comprehensive Reading and Writing Professional Development Plan for Teachers in Grades 1 through 5
The Board of Education (the Board) seeks Statements of Qualifications from
interested parties to provide a Comprehensive Reading and Writing Professional Development
Plan for Teachers in Grades 1 through 5 to the Board for the Period July 1, 2009 through June
30, 2010. The course of study proposed must meet the No Child Left Behind, Title I Part A and
Title II-A definition of high quality professional development under those respective programs.
