The City of Austin, through its Public Works Department and its Austin Energy Department, is requesting statements of qualifications for the selection of an Energy Services Company (ESCO) for the above-noted project. The City desires to determine the feasibility of energy and water conservation measures at multiple facilities. These comprehensive services shall include, but not be limited to, the energy and water conserving management analysis and implementation to all building envelopes, HVAC, lighting and electrical-mechanical systems and water systems.
