Composite Panels
The Government is contemplating award of three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Composite Panels made from established materials and processes that are bonded/pressed together in support of Army research programs to the following: Sioux Manufacturing Corporation, Leading Technology Composites, Inc., and ArmorStruxx LLC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms may identify their interest and capability ro respond to the requirement by contacting the point of contact on this notice.
