The City of San Antonio, Animal Care Services Department seeks Applications from qualified, licensed veterinarians and/or agencies to provide community spay-neuter services on an as needed basis throughout Bexar County, Texas. Selected Respondents shall be placed under a non-exclusive contract in accordance with the terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Surgeries may be performed in the Citys mobile spay-neuter clinic, the Citys Animal Care Services Facility, Surgical Suite located at 4710 State Highway 151, San Antonio, Texas 78227 or within their own private facility.

Interested applicants may submit a response at any time prior to September 30, 2009.
