The project includes clearing and grading significant portions of the 34-acre project site, providing all required temporary erosion and sedimentation control, constructing wetland buffer mitigation replacement plantings, storm drainage, water supply system, gates, parking lots and roadways, franchise utilities, subsurface drainage, paths, landscaping, pedestrian lighting, picnic shelters, and electrical ductwork system.
