We want to engage qualified firms to enter into a Tower Lease Agreement(s) for the purpose of installing their own communication equipment at requested elevations (as applicable/available) and use of a portion of certain real properties for the purpose of non-exclusive access for ingress and egress, installation, operation and maintenance of their own communication/transmission equipment seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, on foot or motor vehicles including trucks. As many of the sites will be located within or adjacent to neighborhoods, non-obtrusive equipment should be used to maintain the integrity of the community
