Communication System

This proposal is to provide an interoperable 800 MHz county-wide P25 trucked, simulcast radio system with terminals, a county-wide alphanumeric paging system and a county-wide mobile data solution with terminals. The overall intent of the systems will be to create a fully interoperable and shared wireless communications environment with all users sharing the selected technology. These radio terminals shall also operate on the proposed 700 MHz backbone system.
