College Web site Redesign
The college is accepting Proposals and intends to enter into an agreement with a Vendor regarding the architectural restructuring and redesign of its campus Web site (http://ocean.edu) in accordance with the terms and conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The COLLEGE prefers a Proposer that has experience in developing Web sites for colleges and universities.
The purpose of this document is to provide interested Vendors information to enable them to prepare and submit Proposals to assist OCEAN COUNTY COLLEGE with the redesign of the College’s Web site. The College seeks to provide its audiences with an engaging, interactive experience that more accurately communicates the College’s mission and vividly reflects the student life experience. In addition to an updated look, this redesign will include the implementation of a content management system (CMS), integration of Web-based systems, design of common templates for Web pages, and a workflow process for Web maintenance.
