The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for the removal of existing improvements including concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt, etc. Installation of approximately 1100 S.Y. of concrete sidewalk, 1650 L.F. of 30" curb & gutter, storm drainage, decorative street light fixtures, and landscaping.
