The Clean Air Campaign requests submittal of proposals from any party interested in providing Employer Services Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Outreach for CAC in connection with the transportation demand management program managed by CAC for the State. The purpose of the TDM Program is to provide long-term improvements in Georgias air quality by seeking voluntary changes in commuting and other emission-producing behaviors from area employers, commuters and schools.
