Civil Legal Services for Victims of Domestic Violence
The County invites proposals from qualified agencies to provide comprehensive civil legal services to victims of domestic violence. Legal services shall include, without limitation: intake services; legal advice/brief services; direct representation in areas of family violence; legal assistance in ancillary matters such as housing, public benefits, disability, health, education and employment; and such other legal services as may become necessary to support the autonomy of the client.
