City of Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) is seeking proposals for legal counsel to provide legal service in the area of Tenant/Landlord law and employment law including appearances in court as necessary. Legal counsel includes legal service in acquisitions, development contracts, and construction law. It is the intention of the RHA through this solicitation to enter into a contract with a general counsel that will serve the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and the RHA staff in these capacities.
