The Downtown State College Improvement District is seeking proposals from qualified developers for a mixed use development project which would include a 10 to 12 screen state of the art movie theater, retail space, office space and market rate owner occupied residential housing on a parcel located on Fraser Street and Beaver Avenue in downtown State College, PA.
