Conduct an evaluation study to examine the relationship between
various factors to identify which elements support positive gains in
young children, especially those living in poverty.

1) In lieu of pre-bid: Notice of Intent to Submit a Reply must be received by the Coalition no later than 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2011.

2) Sealed replies will be received until 10:00 a.m. (EDT), Wednesday, February 2, 2011 ONLY from thosewho have submitted an Intent to Submit.
