3.2.1 Swivel tilt or synchro tilt work chair with pneumatic height adjustment.
3.2.2 5-star base with hard casters.
3.2.3 Chairs must have flip up arms.
3.2.4 Balanced action rocker mechanism or similar technology (synchro tilt) to increase comfort.
