This contract consists of 3 upgrade projects.
1. Re-roofing of cottages 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8.
2. Upgrading electrical service from the ground mounted transformer to the main electrical switch in the physical education building, replacing the existing electrical panels and switchgear serving this building and expanding the electrical room with minor mechanical work relating to ventilation. Also included is the replacement of electrical distribution equipment located in the boiler room of the food services building.
3. Installing a new EPDM rubber surface on the existing walking path.
