Campus Police Training/Legal Advice
Access by the Chief of Police or the Command Staff and the General Counsel (or designee) to Consultant, on a 24/7 basis with same day response, for legal advice concerning substantive and procedural criminal law (contact information such as cell phone required). Consultation in other areas of the law may be provided, on a limited basis, contingent upon agreement between the individual university’s General Counsel and Consultant. If requested, Consultant will provide written summaries of all contacts to the General Counsel’s Office.
