Campus Infrastructure, Replace/Convert Heating Hot Water Distribution System
Construction Management services for a new distribution system shall replace a failing underground piping HHW/CW supply and return loop throughout the campus. The distribution system shall be reliable, cost effective, energy efficient, and maintainable.
Strategies include solutions with the utilization of existing boilers, chillers and replacement of underground piping. Individual buildings may require metering systems to be installed to determine loads with other conversions within the campus buildings.
