The Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Right of Way Clearance and Demolition services, Asbestos/Lead Paint Abatement services, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) or Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) services and implementation of said Plan(s).
