CRM CONSULT SERVICES
The University is interested in selecting a consultant to assist in the implementation of a pilot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The University has over 100 offices across the state of Iowa engaging with local communities to deliver educational programs to improve their quality of life. The University will be deploying a pilot CRM system to improve client engagement, to better understand the needs of Iowans, and to provide enhance reporting to University stakeholders. The purpose of the pilot is to test the usability and extensibility of Microsofts Dynamic CRM software to meet the needs of the University. The Pilot implementation is the initial step towards a new client engagement and reporting strategy for the University.
3.2.1 The consultant will assist with the installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software. This assistance will be in the form of telephone support, installation procedures, and best practices. Installation will be in a virtual environment running Windows Server O/S running on VMware vSphere 4.
3.2.2 The consultant will provide training to staff.
