CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SERVICES, STATEWIDE
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Purchase Bureau, Division of Purchase and
Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of the Executive and Judiciary Branches of New
Jersey State Government. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for payment
gateway and acquiring processor services required for the receipt of payments to the State via a
variety of electronic means of payment, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, e-check, etc.
