COURT REPORTING AND TRANSCIPTION SERVICES
The Department has a Unit which is responsible for providing clients with administrative hearings that allow for appeals in cases involving issues such as abuse and neglect, service appeals, licensing, level of care, payment and excess revenue.
If the State does not make this purchase, the Department will not be able to meet its legal, statutory obligations to provide our clients and their families with a comprehensive administrative hearings process.
