CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR A PROGRAM EVALUATION FOR THE GUARANTEED RIDE HOME PROGRAM
The Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) is issuing a Request for Proposals for a consultant team to prepare a program evaluation of the Guaranteed Ride Home Program. The GRH Program provides a guaranteed ride home to any registered employee working for a participating employer in cases of emergency or unplanned overtime on days the employee has used an alternative mode of transportation to get to work. The ACCMA intends to retain a qualified professional firm/team to prepare a program evaluation of the Guaranteed Ride Home Program. The term of the contract as a result of this RFP will be a maximum of six months. Experience conducting program evaluations, such as for a rideshare program, is desirable.
