The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Unsealed Bid is to establish a term contract with one qualified source that can provide an extended service plan for Eklin equipment located at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) building located on Duck Pond Drive, Blacksburg, Virginia 24061 and at the VT-Marion duPont Scott Equine Medical Center (MDSEMC) located at 17690 Old Waterford Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20176, both departments of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
