UBHC will begin to outsource clinical laboratory testing services on or about January 1, 2010. UBHC is requesting proposals through an open and competitive bid process to provide such testing services for UBHC. The Contractors cost proposal must be all-inclusive, that is, the cost proposal must include the testing service, emergency testing services, pick-ups and deliveries, utilization files, equipment maintenance and repairs, technical and consultation services, all laboratory supplies needed to collect samples/specimens, and COMTROM interfacing and outsourcing and/or subcontracting costs.
