Department of Education is making modifications to the Colyar System to modify the FDCH for Reauthrization Homes x Rates.

USDA has changed the policy for calculation of Administrative reimbursement for Daycare Home Sponsors due to the Child Nutrition Reauthorization. FDCH Sponsor Administrative reimbursements will only be based on Homes times rates.
