Business technical assistance programs to small, minority and women-owned businesses
The objective of this program is to provide assistance to small businesses so that they can hire low and moderate income individuals. Applicants must demonstrate that they will provide assistance to businesses that meet the eligibility criteria of job creation or retention of low-moderate income persons.
