Building Management Services for Roshek Building - Dubuque, IA
Dubuque Initiatives (DI) requests proposals from firms interested in providing full service, comprehensive professional building management services to maintain and preserve the grounds and building located at 700 Locust Street, in Dubuque, Iowa. The building is a nine story office building comprising approximately 255,000 sf. The building has several tenants including IBM, McKesson, OConnor Thomas Law, Chalmers and Eaton, Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, RBC Dain Rauscher, Verizon Wireless, Verizon Business, and Paetec. The contract term will be for one year with options to renew for an additional four, one year terms at DI's sole option.
