Bridle Assembly Launching
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Mill Valley Splicing, Inc., Belchertown, MA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to procure a QTY (15) each P/N 516610-1 Bridle Assembly Launching 1-3/8" Wire Rope and QTY (2) each P/N 404547 Bridle Launching Dimension "A" 135.00". Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. A solicitation is not available for this procurement and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written response that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response(s) to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award(s), or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
