Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Program
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals that will enable the State to select the most qualified applicants to provide breastfeeding counseling utilizing the Food and Nutrition Services Model for Successful Peer Counseling and state established protocols/policies, which will result in an increase in breastfeeding initiation and duration rates.
