Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel Services

The Treasurers Office is seeking vendors interested in providing bond counsel and/or disclosure counsel services in connection with the issuance of bond/notes or other securities for the State. Vendors must have a minimum of five years of experience serving as counsel for municipal bond issuers, including State-level issuing authorities. The Treasurer may select one or more vendors and may assign specific roles for those selected. The contract period is for two years, with a two-year optional extension.
